66% in 10th, 55% in 12th and 50% aggregate in BBA till 4th semester, MAT 2015 May 66.18%, Sep 60.81%. Am I eligible for MBA/PGDM in XIME.

I am afraid your not eligible as the cutoff for MAT is 70%tile. Rest all cutoff regarding acads you have cleared but your MA score of 66 and 60 is below the cutoff limit. Sorry.
