After revaluation of a subject in CBSE class 12th, does new marks override the old one? Is it mandatory to accept the new marks?
Is there any occurrence of a case wherein the marks have decreased after revaluation?

Yes, The old marks gets override by new ones. So, if you are confident enough that your marks will increase don't apply for Revaluation as there are chances that your marks might reduce too. So, think thrice before you apply.
