Am I eligible for getting admission and visa in Canada with overall 6.5 IELTS but 5.5 in writing. (for PG Diploma course).

Hi Sachin,
You can always email the colleges and ask them, the answer will depend on the college's admission policies, they may or may not accept it, they may ask you for a retake or can actually offer you an English language pathway programme. It will also depend on how good your academic record is, if you have a high percentage they may accept the IELTS score.
