Yes, if you opt for engineering courses then your criteria is just fulfilled I.e 60% in 12th and for other courses criteria is less. So, more likely, you'll get admission in LPU easily. Moreover, I would suggest you give LPU-NEST exam to get a scholarship.

    Hello Simran,
Admission depends on the course you are opting for and is possible if the programme you are applying for has eligibility less than or equal to 60 %. There is a relaxation of 5 % for Kashmir migrants and North-eastern people in few programmes subject to certain terms and conditions. Also, the student needs to clear the LPU NEST exam for the purpose of the admission. For further details, please click the link below and you can also contact the customer care people:

Yes, it should not be hard for you to get admission to the University of Western Australia as an Indian student with 50% in class 12th. However, please note that it does not put you in the top applicants either. The general admission percentage requirement for international students is 50 to 65%.

Look at the other admission requirements -

  • English proficiency tests with IELTS (bands 6.5) or TOEFL iBT (82+)
  • High school Diploma from a recognised board like CBSE or ICSE etc.
  • Some course-specific subjects for Engineering programs
