In IILM University (Gurugam), college will be helping students to get the internships. BUT the internships which you can find on your own would be far more better. University will do just formality of 2 months internships. Most of them will be unpaid, so don't depend on them. (Not saying those internships are bad, but you have to do a lot of skill generation).
