Is LPU a good college for engineering?

Undoubtedly, LPU is the right place for Engineering as it donot leave any stone unturned for the better placements of the students. The curriculum which is floated to the students are meeting the needs of the industry. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. More than 550 companies (more than 90% being MNC's) visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, SAP Labs, Hitachi Power, Videocon, L&T Technology Services, Ericsson, HCL Technologies, Asahi India, Ceasefire Industries, Sandhar Technologies, Indus tower, Decathlon Sports, Exide Industries, Emami, Eye-Q Vision, ITC Limited, Janalakshmai Financial Services, Kelloggs, MRF, Naukri, Moodys Analytics, WNS Global, Writer Corporation, Nivesh Group, OCWEN Financial, Practo etc. LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. Considering the above mentioned points, I can confirm that LPU is best option to pursue Engineering programme.

LPU is best for B.Tech. For all branches. Placement opportunities provided by LPU to their students are exceptionally good. Some of the companies that visit LPU for placements are IBM, ITC Infotech, MAQ Software, Amazon, CTS, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Wipro, L&T Technologies, Dell, Ericsson, Samsung, Bosch and many more. Hi Tulasi, Once I was travelling by train from New Delhi to Jalandhar and on my adjacent seats, two students were sitting who were studying in engineering in LPU. Being an educator, I was curious to know about the University, so the same I did. The points they highlighted I will mention below 1) The faculty and the infrastructure and other facilities are excellent. 2) The placements are 100% and the preparation for the same starts from the very first year. Recently, a girl got placed at a package of 42 LPA. Moreover, Amazon recruited LPU students with 28 LPA. More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 4-10 LPA. 3)They give you the option to choose your pathway elective as well that whether you want a corporate Job or Research or Government Job or you want to be an entrepreneur. 4) There is more than twelve Center of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc. 5) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio. 6) Last but not the least, the students told me that LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. From few years, the demand of engineers is very high in industries and IT sector due to increment in application and software based automation processes. So, your choice of course is absolutely perfect to begin your career. Well as I am a doctorate faculty in LPU, I can give you the insight of this university. 1) In LPU, the faculty, infrastructure and facilities are excellent as IITs, NITs. 2) In LPU, due to tie ups with leading companies such as SAP, Cognizant, Microsoft, BOSCH, CISCO, GOOGLE etc. , the syllabus of courses are vetted and inspected by these company professionals in the beginning of every semester. 3) The preparation of placement subjects such as soft skills, analytical skills etc. Are the part of curriculum here like, you will read these as subjects in every semester like other subjects. 4) There are more than twelve Center of Excellence established by the prestigious companies like Automation Any ware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence etc. For on campus Lab training and internships 5) The innovation studio of LPU is a benchmark for design and development center where students can work on their ideas. Hi, Undoubtedly, LPU is one of the best colleges for engineering in India. The faculty, infrastructure, and facilities are excellent at LPU. Most of the faculty members are Ph. This and others are pursuing. The curriculum of the Courses is designed according to the industry demands and the suggestions of company officials are taken while designing the syllabus of the particular subject. LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019. Moreover, the preparation of placement is started in the first year and the placements are 100%. LPU has set the highest placement record in North India. Thanks.
