Is LPU a good college for engineering?

Since many of my known had studied in Lovely Professional University, so based on the different parameters I analyze that undoubtedly in today's date Lovely Professional University is the most demanding University by parents, Students & of course by prospective employers. LPU is offering Multiple streams in B.Tech. Like CSE, ECE, IT, Chemical, Aerospace, Bio-Technology, Civil, Mechanical, Robotics, Food Tech. & many More & last year's the highest Package is 42 LPA. Best part is that LPU is giving equal focus / priority to all the streams of B.Tech. For the all round development of B.Tech. Students. Some Unique features of Engineering department is mentioned below for your reference: 1) LPU is the best single-campus university poised with the latest technologies and world class facilities for delivering effective and quality education to the students. 2) With more than 200 foreign tie-ups, LPU prepares its students to up skill as per global standards. LPU is best for B.Tech CSE. Without any discrimination, I give my honest review that LPU is best regarding infrastructure, Food, Achievement, ranking etc. RANKINGS: Globally, LPU awarded 74th ranked. In the Punjab state, LPU consider 3rd best private university. LPU gets best nirf rankings in every school of LPU. It is consider as the biggest university of India. LPU is also renown for their campus amenities B.Tech CSE is best for placement as number of companies visit at LPU to hire freshers such as GOOGLE, INTEL, DELL, BOSCH, COGNIZANT, Dr. Lal path lab, Sun pharma, indegene, BUYJUs etc. A student of B.Tech CSE, attain the prestigious package from GOOGLE that is 64 LPA A student from MBA get the package from Amazon that is 40 LPA.

Yes, seeing its placements and academics, etc. It is certainly a very good college for Engineering. According to the NIRF rankings, LPU ranks in the TOP 100 in the overall category whereas in the Engineering domain it ranks at 87. For placements, around 500-600 companies come to the campus for recruiting students, and out of all those more than around 100 companies are those which also recruit from IIT and NIT. When the placements are concerned, LPU has and is still setting a new benchmark every coming year. Recently a student at LPU was offered a package of 42LPA. This year too, around 11 students were offered a package of up to 30LPA. Some of the very well-known companies that recruit from LPU are Microsoft, Google, Intel, Capgemini, Amazon, HP, TCS, Flipkart, etc. And as far as academics are concerned, it is very good here at LPU. All the faculty members are very experienced here and are very helping and understanding too. Hence you can rely on them for any career advice that you may have. Also, whatever subject they teach, they have a very good command of that subject. The students here are very well-groomed for the placements. There are classes to teach you all the etiquettes related to placements.

Yes, it is. I am an alumnus of LPU and I feel it was the right decision to join this institute. I was placed in Accenture a reputed MNC. Without a doubt, it's a beautiful place for education with a serene environment. The university campus spreads over 600 acres in boundary on the outskirts of Jalandhar and houses over 30,000 students. The campus has all the facilities a student can ask for be it Food Canteens, Gym and Parks. LPU offers a lot of courses B.Tech, MBA, Hotel Management and LL.B. Are some of the popular courses. When students of so many streams interact with each other it helps in expanding the mind not only in the course the student is currently pursuing but also in other courses. On average, more than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU. The companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions etc. LPU average package CSE/IT is usually high and students have secured offers from Amazon at a dream package of INR 28 LPA for LPU CSE placement. LPU also makes efforts in placing international students around their home locations or placing Indian students abroad.
