Are 10th, 12th and graduation marks considered during MBA placements? Do they affect in getting job through college interviews?

    Hello,
    Percentage requirement in class 10th, class 12th and graduation level for the interview. However, a larger part of companies only insists on graduation score and MBA scores for interviews. So, just concentrate on MBA and on projects to get a good placement. Thank you.

    Some companies do fix min. percentage requirement in class 10th, 12th and graduation level for the interview. However, a larger part of companies only insists on graduation score and MBA scores for interviews. So, just concentrate on MBA and on projects to get a good placement.

    Hello,
    Yes, many companies consider all the past academic courses during the MBA placements. They do affect depending upon how you had fared in them. At least a minimum score of 60% throughout is desirable.

    There is a mixed opinion in the answers below. My take is that class 12th percentage is quite important. But it's essential to identify the situations where it is important
    As a filter during shortlists - many companies, especially the Big Consultants, I-Bankers and some big marketing firms use the class 12th percentage as a first filter to shortlist the candidate for the recruitment process.
