Are the application forms of government / private medical, engineering, arts and science colleges issued before or after 12th result?

Hi Kirithiga,
Some of the government college's national level entrance forms are out to be filled before class 12th boards. Private and state entrance exams forms will be out after it.
1. For NEET, the application is out now.
2. JEE Mains notification is out.
3. Delhi University rolls out the forms, just a day after class 12th CBSE results are declared.
