Are the scores of class 12th considered for getting admission in NITs and IITs?

I have got 61% marks in Bihar board exam and 32000 rank in JEE Mains.

    Other than 75% percentile, the exams pay no heed to the scores. These scores are just your supporter in few interviews and vivas of 1st year, nothing much.

    Hi,
    Yes, class 12th marks are considered for getting admission in NIT and IIT. You should have at least 75% in 12th standard to get into NIT and IIT. And, rest depends on your JEE marks.

    Yes, you have to get a minimum of 75% percent in your respective board examination.

    12th scores are only considered for the eligibility purpose for the admission in NIT and IITs. You should secure the rank in top 25 percentile of your board or have atleast 75 percent in boards whichever is the least.

    Hello Istiyak,
    Your 12th score is not at all a matter for the NITs and IITs as it requires only marks what you score in JEE Mains. If you qualify JEE Mains as the cut-off for your caste then you are eligible to write for advance JEE Mains. For that score, you can get admission.
