No, you cannot appear for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) if you do not have a law degree. To be eligible for the AIBE exam, you must meet the following educational criteria:
You must have a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognised university in India.
You must also be enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council.
