Can I appear for JEE Mains 2018? I have appeared for JEE Mains and Advanced 2017 but couldn't get admission in a govt. college.

According to the government, you can appear in JEE Mains thrice and in JEE Advanced twice, so definitely you have a chance to apply for JEE Mains 2018 as well. All the best.

Yes, definitely you can write JEE Main 2018. You can attempt JEE Main 3 times and JEE Advance 2 times.

Yes, you can if you have passed class 12th in 2017 only then you are eligible to appear for the same.
