    It is not possible. It is against law. You need to get admission from the 1st year itself.

    No, you can't appear for B.Com 3rd year before appearing for I 1st and 2nd year.

    It is impossible you can jump into 3rd year without doing the formal studies of 1st and 2nd. As Degree course is a series of formal and comprehensive education. Thus, you can't pursue directly into third year. It can only be possible in Fast Track courses even for the fastback courses there are rules and guidelines.

    No, B.Com is 3 years degree course which has to be completed by Regular degree mode or by correspondence.
