    No, there is no way you can do that. It's not legal to do so and no college will allow you to do the same. Such practices are not considered fair under UGC rules and regulations.

    No. There is no chance for that. You must complete the first and the second year, then only you will be eligible for B.Com third year.

    No, dear, how it is possible, B.Sc is 3year course, you have to read all the subjects of 1st year or 2nd year, then you will pursue 3rd year.

    No, you can't do that.
    You have to complete first and second year both
    based on your 12 the class percentage you may and may not be eligible for giving the competitive exam for B.Com colleges and after that, college will be allotted to you.

    You need to confirm that you are eligible for third year by any reason like going to foreign or want to do further studies or family problems. There are universities, which consider your eligibility on merit basis, if you are good in past academics.
