    It will be based on the updated scenario. You have to go for a few more rounds in the counselling for getting a particular college which you mentioned above. Try hard and hope for the best.

    At this score, you can get IIT-Roorkee definitely, not sure about IIT-Bombay. You belong to the OBC category so you have a chance to get IIT-Bombay also.

    No, you have to clear JEE Advanced to get admission into the IITs, among the best institutions in world. On the basis of your JEE Mains marks, you can get into some other good colleges like NITs, IITs, etc. Your rank is decent, so you can get better colleges in India.
