Can I get any NIT for civil, mechanical or CS branch with 82 marks in Mains and 74% in class 12th CBSE board?
According to CSAB 2015, I am not eligible for it.

It may depend on your category and the particular cut-off each year.
Getting NIT does not depend on class 12 marks; it totally depends on your score, cut-off and the number of candidates.
I can't ensure you sure but you can easily get a government college in any state and may be NIT also. -
