Can I get any NIT for civil, mechanical or CS branch with 82 marks in Mains and 74% in class 12th CBSE board?
According to CSAB 2015, I am not eligible for it.

82 marks are not enough to get NIT neither for civil nor CS. Go to the given link below and predict your college.

No, only 82 marks won't help you to get admission in NITs for CS, mechanical or civil branch. But you can inquire about it, as per last year's cut-offs on JoSAA website.
