Can I get any NIT for civil, mechanical or CS branch with 82 marks in Mains and 74% in class 12th CBSE board?

According to CSAB 2015, I am not eligible for it.

If you are GENERAL candidate, there are very less chances. I mean negligible chances. But if you are from reserved category, there is some hope in northeast NITs. Appear for counselling till spot round.

    Hi,
    How are you?
The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.
    So go for it.
    Thank you and keep asking!

There are no chances because your score in JEE is a bit low. For NIT, you need to clear cut of Mains and you have some marks in advance.

Sorry but due to your 12th percentage, you are not eligible for the NITs, But you may get Government colleges in your state. Or, you can go for private colleges.

Unfortunately, you don't satisfy the minimum 75% board's criteria, so you can't get admission in NITs.

    Dear,
Sorry to say, you can't get any NIT. It will be good to get a seat in top private colleges. I would suggest you to take admission in good private colleges.

    Dear Mridul,
Your tentative JEE rank is 120841. Check the link below to know the colleges you can get with this rank:

In case, you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech Civil. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even

For NIT, at least 75% marks in boards are needed.
