I would suggest you to apply for LPU NEST as your board marks will lend you a scholarship but not that high as you might be expecting. Moreover, first call at the provided no. And get convinced. Third, there is no such provision from university for the north-eastern students, but I would suggest you to have an alert on your government policies whether even they can provide you with any financial aid. -
