Can I get lpu scholarship through board marks. ?

Lovely Professional University always believes that Financial Constraint should not affect the Career of student. LPU offers no. Of Scholarships to financially support the students. LPU offers scholarship on various categories and one among them is "on the basis of Percentage in qualifying exam" or "Qualification previous to Eligibility Qualification ". Therefore you can avail scholarship provided the minimum requirement is 70 percentages. And once the scholarship applicable will be reduced from the fees of every semester. Admissions are going on apply without any delay to avail the benefits.

Being alumni of this Globally recognised University, I must say, LPU is always looking for the excellent Talent in all the respective fields of education, also encourage them to grow more by providing Study Grant, Scholarship benefits etc. In all possible manner. There is nothing more fruitful than getting a scholarship while you pursue any course. In today's date, we all know that most of the courses with Quality Education are counted in expensive fields of education and by the time the course is finished you are burdened by the amount of loan you took to pay your tuition fee. Lovely Professional University always intends to provide scholarship to all eligible students in all possible ways so that fulfilling the fees criteria should not be the hurdle for any of the students to get quality education. LPU offers special scholarship scheme of full Programme fee waiver to top 20 Rank holders of every recognised school board (State, Central and Open Board provided minimum 1000 students should have appeared in the said exam). The scholarship scheme is as below: (a) Full Programme Fee waiver (Including Examination Fee), and (b) Free Stay in four seater room (Air Cooled Room) in hostel or Free Transport Facility. There are certain clauses which students need to maintain for continuation of this scholarship: The student shall maintain a CGPA of 8.00 (or 80% marks in marks based programmes) in first year (first two semesters), 8.5 CGPA (I. e. 85% marks) in second year and 9.0 CGPA (I. e. 90% marks) in third year. Students who have topped their board examination of eligibility qualification (10th or 10+2 as applicable) and are among the top 20 merit holders, may avail scholarships of full tuition fee waiver and hostel fee waiver which is applicable to four-seater air-cooled rooms. To facilitate quality education to deserving applicants, LPU offers a special scholarship of Full Tuition fee waiver to orphan students who are residents of India and whose parents are dead. A maximum of 10 applicants will be awarded this scholarship on the basis of a first come first serve basis subject to satisfying the LPU policy for the same. Applicants having Benchmark disability of more than 70% and/or Locomotor disability caused by spinal cord injury can avail the benefit of full programme fee waiver subject to his/her case being approved by Special Committee constituted by LPU. LPU offers exclusive Scholarship schemes for Tibetan Students studying in CTA (Central Tibetan Administration) Schools and Students studying in different schools managed by Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan where on the basis of tests conducted in schools of the concerned organisation and/or recommendation of the concerned authority of the organisation, certain students may be offered full tuition fee waiver. Hi Budhyani, If you are a board topper and someone from sports category and extra curricular performance category, you will have to either maintain a CGPA or keep performing in sports or extracurricular activities as the case may be. Otherwise if you have got scholarship through LPU NEST then you are not bound to maintain your academic or sports performance. There are other scholarships the university offers. In a bid to owe the social responsibility towards the needy, and give a token to the meritorious, LPU offers a range of scholarships and financial aid. You do not have to apply for a scholarship every time you pay the fee. What you get at the time of admission, continues till the course is over. However, the criteria is different for those who have sought admission through sports quota, board toppers and performing arts. Marks based (for previous two qualifying Exams) Performance in other National Level Entrance test Performance in Sports, Performance in Cultural, R&amp;D, Co-curricular, Social Services, Bravery Special Scholarship for Toppers of Education Board Financial Aid for Defense /CAPF and their dependents Financial Aid for Orphan Candidates Financial Aid for Persons with certain disabilities LPUNEST Study Grant Minorities Transgender Non Traditional student Need Based-Financial Aid EWS scholarship for those whose family income is less than 5 lacs Single girl child Single Mother Orphan.
