Can I join IIMs if I have 60% in my graduation? Do I have to get any work experience after my graduation? My profile PUC 65% & 10th-62%.

WIth these percentage it is very difficult to get into IIMs. All the IIMs assign some weight to your pest academic performance. However those aren't strict binding criteria. If you do really well in CAT then you can offset the effects of past academic performance. Also whether or not you have work-experience is not at all a deciding criteria, but if you have some work-experience then it definitely helps a little.
