Do students have to pay hostel fees instantly with the 15k refund amount after getting admission in Amity University, Mumbai?

Amity University-Mumbai has amazing hostel that a student would wish for. Facilities like night canteen, separate air conditioned room for boys and girls, indoor games facilities, laundry and well furnished rooms. The entire amount including security deposit (refundable) has to be paid at the time of admission.
