Engineering- Degree vs Diploma.Which one is better and why?

Degree is a Course of 3,4,5 years duration after intermediate senior secondary 10+2th. Degree is of graduate level. Diploma is awarded for a short duration of 1,2 or max 3 years. Diploma is awarded after matric secondary exam 10th....Now the question is Which is better to pursue?

    I think engineering degree is better as well as famous than diploma degree because it creates opportunity for job in aboard as well as your own nation.

    Engineering degree is better. It provides good learning opportunities as well as job opportunities than Diploma.
