6 years agoBoth are tantamount of each other as degree provide you theoretical skill and a vast array of information regarding engineering while Diploma on next hand provide you working skill as you would be provided mostly time in working place where you will get work experience in the institute but the course material and syllabus is concrete and concised. Generally Diploma's are largely required by the company, they need working hand, at very initial step. While degree holders are less in quantity in company and are regarded as Superior in knowledge only but not in experience. -

It depends. Diploma focuses on the practical components of the engineering industry. But diplomas are suitable for a certain specific fields. You have more career opportunities if u have Engineering. Diploma AIMS to provide with industry or job related knowledge. It is 3 years course. Engineering is concerned with design, building, structures with applied Mathematics and physics. It is always recommended to take up Engineering for better job prospects.
