Engineering- Degree vs Diploma.Which one is better and why?

Degree is a Course of 3,4,5 years duration after intermediate senior secondary 10+2th. Degree is of graduate level. Diploma is awarded for a short duration of 1,2 or max 3 years. Diploma is awarded after matric secondary exam 10th....Now the question is Which is better to pursue?

    Both degree and Diploma are good, but they serve different purpose, which one is better depends on you goal.

    • Degree is better for long term career, higher posts, and future studies.
    • Diploma is better if you want quick skills, low cost and early employment.

    But I would suggest if you can afford time and money degree is usually the better option.
