    Yes you can go for masters in fashion designing provided you have 50% marks in graduation. Check the websites of some of the universities like Swami Vivekanand University, M.P. Lovely Professional University, Punjab, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tamil Nadu, that are offering M.Sc in fashion designing.

    Yes you are eligible for a PG program in Fashion Design after completing B.Sc in Visual Communication.
    These are the following PG courses in Fashion Design that you may look to pursue:
    Masters in Merchandising
    Post Graduate- Fashion Technology
    Degree in Fashion & Apparel Designing BSc FAD
    MSc. Fashion Communication
    M.Sc Fashion Designing
    PG Diploma in Apparel Design
    PG Diploma in Textile Design
    However, the admission procedure may be different for different institutes.
    You need to check with the respective college.
