Can say that LPU always provides quality their teaching staff is so good. LPU has highly qualified faculty members, many are from IITs, Iims, Foreign Universities and NIIT's as well. They are not just faculty members but are mentors to students. Faculty members at LPU are well qualified and experienced. Faculty members work so hard on students to get them placed in the best of the companies.

Being a faculty myself, I am in a better position to tell you about faculty of LPU. Let me tell you first of all, the benchmark of recruitment of LPU faculty is very high Ph.D. The faculty are learned, well qualified and experienced in teaching. Most of them have studied at reputed universities and institutions. They deserve to be the faculty hence they are at the dais. The academic and professional details about faculty are mentioned on the website. The faculty also act as mentors to the students. The students can call them and talk to them to get an answer to any academic or personal problem they feel stuck at. The faculty are engaged in higher learning and research work simultaneously. Such is the ambience of LPU. One unique thing about faculty is that at LPU if the students do not give good feedback of a particular teacher or not liking the way he teaches then they can report it to the head of the dept who reports the same to the head of school and finally the teacher gets replaced. However, one come acrosses such incidents not very often. Lovely Professional University is having tie ups with multiple foreign Universities all over the world. LPU has around 2000 faculty members in the University. - LPU has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. - Around 370 M.Tech qualified, 23 M. Phils and 724 Ph.D. 70+ faculty / staff members are from foreign countries including USA, Slovakia, Germany, France, Serbia, Russia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Brazil, China, Ukraine, Turkey, Togo, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Columbia etc. - The faculty members go to foreign universities for Teaching and research projects. LPU believes in continuous and over all development of its faculty so they conduct faculty development programmes on regular basis. The faculty members are invited by the International Universities for the seminars and conferences of International level They recruit their faculty from IIT, IIM and IIIT as they are concerned about the betterment of the students and long term growth of the University. At present, there are around 73 faculty members from IIT, IIMS, IIITs etc. The faculty members are invited by the International Universities for the seminars and conferences of International level So, LPU not only focuses on the overall development of the students but also focuses on the overall development of faculty members as well, so they can guide the students further. LPUs faculty get awarded as best faculty among other universities because all staff has great knowledge and skills. They tackle in a very polite manner. They are disciplined and punctual to main the decorum of the university. They always give their maximum contribution. Towards students, the faculty are Cooperative and polite. They always help students to get good scores in academics. As part of this, they boost confidence and encourage students to participate in different activities such as sports, music, writing, painting, etc. Faculty also guide students to make their future bright in their field. They also give PEP session in which student is assisted by them to achieve the highest package salaries. From CSE, numerous students get the best placements with the guidance and support of faculty. Here, I shared the highest salary package which is 64 LPA got by a student from GOOGLE company. THANK YOU!

Dear Aspirant, At LPU, the faculty is well qualified. All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Faculty members are very well qualified, most of the faculty members are done with their Ph.D., and others are doing, they are having experience of 2 to15 years of experience in teaching and are easily approachable in the university. They do their best to give a better future for the students. Students are trained in Aptitude, Reasoning, free preparation for government Exams, Soft Skills, language training, and interviewing skills right from the 2nd year, continuously for 1 to 1.5 years till they get a job. The professors are the biggest help you can get at the university. Help is available everywhere through classmates or seniors or faculty members. The proper material is provided by the university. Each stream has a dedicated laboratory division with fully functional world-class equipment and advanced research laboratories.
