How are the faculty members in LPU?

Being a alumni of this University, I would like to answer your query, First of all my experience at LPU was amazing, LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. As per my knowledge, Lovely Professional University has around more than 2000 faculty members in the university. The university has experienced, specialised and well-qualified faculty members. Some of the faculty members are from IITs, NITs, IIITs, Iims etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help they are ready to help you out. Professors of LPU are renowned for their friendly, open door approach. They bring their passion and enthusiasm for teaching into the classroom providing an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning The faculty members are invited by the International Universities for the seminars and conferences of International level. Research papers are published by the Faculty members. Faculty is involved in research and Patents are filed by the different faculty departments also. The faculty recruited by the university are only either experienced or an alumni of NIT's or IIT's, Iims Teaching mode is English thus students who come from across India will be comfortable. The management is student friendly and helps out every one in need. Thee best part at LPU is that the feedback of students are frequently taken and considered I. e if they are facing any problem with any professor or not liking the way he teaches then they can report it to head of dept who reports the same to head of school and finally the teacher gets replaced. So no need to worry about faculty member or professors at LPU. Thank you!

Most of the query has been answered, but the faculty environment has not been. Let me explain what I mean. Like already mentioned, faculty members hold good industry experienced, hold related degrees, and are recruited through a tedious process. Though having such a qualification need not mean one can teach well, I agree with that, but the system of how the faculty's environment work is good. If a faculty is not giving his best or delivering good lectures then students have the free option to report the same to the HEAD OF DEPARTMENT and ultimately THE HEAD OF SCHOOL and GET THE TEACHER REPLACED or CHANGED. There are frequent feedback sessions and suggestions taken of the faculty members from the students on how well they are delivering in the classes, Arent they? A university like LPU having 30000+ students from more than 6000+ international students, it's important to deliver the quality of education these students expect coming from all around the world. Ignoring few faculty members LPU has great faculty members delivering quality education to the students. And if you don't like students can always change your teacher, students are given that liberty. The main point is for students to not take that situation as a way to use their phone in class or gossip or just daydreaming or sleeping. LPU has highly qualified faculty members, many are from IITs, Iims, Foreign Universities and NIIT's as well. They are not just faculty members but are mentors to students. Faculty members at LPU are well qualified and experienced. Faculty members work so hard on students to get them placed in the best of the companies. LPU is a brand in itself.
