    Hello,Zee News Survey rated us as 11th Best in India in Placements. Top companies visited for placements: Volkswagon, Voltas, Anglo-Eastern Ship Mgt., Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, JK Lakshmi Cement, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, Elgi Equipments, etc.
    Highest Package:
    Rs 7.9 LPA for ME from Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India
    Rs 7.5 LPA for ME from Wilmar International

    Hello,
    Placements at LPU is always applauded. With best of my knowledge, I am sharing the major placement highlights. LPU is good in case of placement but if we talk about the placement in Mechanical branch. In Mech the no of students placed in Core company like Honda, Cheema Boilers etc. If we take a look of last year students placed in recent batch:- 1. Honda-2 students at 8 Lacs 2. Cheema Boilers=around 7 or 8 students selected as a Trainee Many students got placed in Anglo-Eastern I. e Merchant Navy, and some students in Samundra which is also a Merchant Navy Institute.     Hi.
    LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements of our students. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU.
    Being an alumni of LPU and active member of Alumni committee, i would like to tell LPU is famous for its placements. I have heard average salary for B.Tech ME is 4.8 lacs per annum for academic year 2019-20.

    LPU is good for Mechanical . Good placements in core company as well as software company.other than participating different events like go kart , project expo, entertainment events like one india , one world etc. Practical based learning and valuable guest lectures also.

    Hello Manoj,
    I had the same question when I was looking out for college for my BTech I was confused between Delhi Technological University, Delhi, and Lovely Professional University Phagwara. but after discussions, thinking, and recommendations from my relatives ( Allummni of LPU) I joined LPU.
    it was actually a great decision. As per my experience, LPU is the best place for engineering. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase.
