LPU has industry affiliations and allows for content delivery by industry experts, collaborative industry projects and internships to gain hands-on experience. Industry certifications, MOOCs, hackathons/competitions, workshops, guest lectures, educational trips, live projects, incubation projects, community projects, NGO projects, etc. Are an integral part of the programme. There is also the possibility of studying abroad, from which the candidate can benefit on university terms. LPU has industry affiliations that also allow for content delivery by industry experts, collaborative industry projects, and internships to gain hands-on experience. Industry certification, MOOCs, hackathons/competitions, workshops, guest lectures, educational trips, live projects, incubation projects, community projects, NGO projects, etc. Are an integral part of the programme.

Hi, I would recommend you go for MCA from LPU. The way the university is making efforts for their students is applaudable. The faculty is excellent and is very supportive. If I talk about the curriculum, it includes every subject that is the demand of the current industry. Moreover, the placements are excellent. From the very first-year placement preparation is started and there is a special department that takes care of placements and how to prepare students for placements. Many top recruiters visit the LPU to recruit the students, such as Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. Since many of my known had studied in Lovely Professional University, so based on the different placement parameters I analyze that undoubtedly Lovely Professional University is the most demanding University by prospective employers. Last Year Placement Record of MCA programme: 12.5 LPA (National Instruments) was the highest salary package last year. After Internship student also bagged: 12 LPA (Clicklabs) 4.7 LPA is the average salary package of the batch. 93% students got placed till date LPU is concerned about all round development of the students. LPU is having dedicated Division of Career Services which do work round the clock for the placement of the students. LPU is having tie ups with multiple foreign Universities which provides excellent International exposure under students exchange programme during their studies which in turn definitely helps the students in grabbing multiple job opportunities at the end of their studies. Every year more than 550 companies used to visit LPU for placement purpose. As per my analysis, LPU is conferred with High Ranking by various outer agencies like following, 1)National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row. 2)Outlook has ranked LPU 5th among top 50 private Universities in India in terms of Placement. 3)Business today ranked among top 100 Private State Universities in India in Placement Performance category. These are very few rankings mentioned above. LPU has procured unbeatable Placement Record with nearly 100 % success rate in most of the courses (Last Year the highest package was 42 LPA). Additionally LPU considers student's career interest / pathway like Corporate Job, Government Job, Higher studies, Entrepreneurship. Accordingly students are provided with PEP (Professional Enhancement programme) classes from the very first semester. That's all for the day. I believe it will help to decide further.

Lovely Professional University is the best Computer Application college in Punjab. The reason being that it is ranked among the top 4 computer application institutes of North India by NASSCOM. Innovative learning MCA students of LPU have a higher competitive edge over other students because of in-house training opportunities. MCA students are given in house training in the final semester to help them implement theory into the practical world. 12 groups of students of MCA had participated in the project EXPO 2017 which was held in LPU. Projects like drones and mobile apps were displayed by the students during this project. A home security system was also displayed by the students of MCA in the Project Expo 2017. In this they had displayed a security System which had an alarm and the security alert was sent to the user's mobile. When it comes to placements, LPU has the topmost ranking in India for successfully placing it deserving students in top companies with high salary packages. Many a deserving students have got dream packages after the completion of the degree in LPU. Many eminent companies come for the placement drives in LPU to recruit students. 13 MCA students were placed in Cognizant at an average package of 3.3 LPA Click labs appointed MCA students at a package of 3.5 to 4 LPA. MCA students were placed in Tech Mahindra at a package of 3.25 LPA. A French company called Safran, recruited three MCA students at a package of 3.15 LPA. Prominent company Venturepact appointed LPU MCA students at a package of 4.25 LP.
