  • Hi Ajith, placements are very good. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several Big Brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2016-2017 for campus placements like Google, Amazon, Tech Mahendra, Flipkart, CTS, Adobe, etc. LPU students have also availed opportunities of placements in government services like Indian Army, Indian Navy, Transport Corporation of India, etc. through on-campus/off-campus placement drives and SSB Interviews.     In LPU last year highest package was offered to a student was INR. 21 lacs, but it was out campus placement average salary offered to an mechanical engineer is around INR. 4 lacs, and if you are having really very good skill in your field, then you can get placed easily with good package.

    LPU is best known for its unbeatable placements along with quality education, with its alumni working at top-notch companies like google, amazon, etc. For more information, you may refer to the website. The highest packages for mechanical engineering has been 12-15 lacs per annum so for and average ranges within 2-4 lacs per annum. Good luck.

    LPU has lived up to its expectations, with the quality of education satisfying these international students, the placement opportunities are amazing as well.     I would not suggest you to opt for LPU for any branch other than CSE. For any other thing, you won't be able to find anything good other than infra and placements.
