In LPU last year highest package was offered to a student was INR. 21 lacs, but it was out campus placement average salary offered to an mechanical engineer is around INR. 4 lacs, and if you are having really very good skill in your field, then you can get placed easily with good package.

I would not suggest you to opt for LPU for any branch other than CSE. For any other thing, you won’t be able to find anything good other than infra and placements.
