    Dear Ajith,
    The engineering stream at LPU itself has received an overall good rating from students and alumni. The School of Mechanical Engineering offers well engineered seamless courses for students at many different levels such as undergraduate, diploma/certificate, post-graduate and research based Ph.D. level courses, not only for Mechanical Engineering, but also for Automobile, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics and Mechatronics as well.
    The Mechanical Engineering department had the most ideal study environment since I have two friends from that stream. The labs and workspace at LPU School of Mechanical Engineering, was fully equipped

    Hello,
    Placements at LPU is always applauded. With best of my knowledge, I am sharing the major placement highlights. LPU is good in case of placement but if we talk about the placement in Mechanical branch. In Mech the no of students placed in Core company like Honda, Cheema Boilers etc. If we take a look of last year students placed in recent batch:- 1. Honda-2 students at 8 Lacs 2. Cheema Boilers=around 7 or 8 students selected as a Trainee Many students got placed in Anglo-Eastern I. e Merchant Navy, and some students in Samundra which is also a Merchant Navy Institute.     LPU is the best place for engineering. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. My Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life.

    Being a alumni of LPU,I would say Lovely Professional University provides placement opportunities to all the deserving candidates, from all courses. It's up to the student's capability to be able to grab the opportunity or not. Till now thousands of students are placed at a very good package all around the world. Some of the alumni are working in the top 10 brands in the world.
    There are more than 100 companies that are coming in LPU for recruitment of mechanical students. The packages varies from 3 Lacs to 12 Lacs per annum. On an average, the packages are 5 Lacs in a very core company which gradually sees a couple of rapid promotions

    LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies.     Hello Ajith, first of all thanks for showing interest in LPU. Dont worry about placement about any department at LPU. LPU has one of the largest placement network. The university stands shoulder to shoulder with the student to get him placed.
    The highest salary package offered to mechanical branch students is 31 LPA, while the average salary is 4.8 lpa. Top recruiting companies are Bosch, ONGC, Ashok Leyland, Hitachi, etc.
