How can I apply to this college for aeronautical engineering? I have completed my +2 with 96.6% and have scored 125 marks in Mains.

Hello Sai,
You need to apply for TNEA counseling under Anna University though which you will be allotted seats based on your board exam marks. There is no entrance exam for it. For more information you may refer www.tnea.ac.in
