9 years agoYou have to first screen out good companies which excel in R&D in engineering. Concentarte on your MTech in design. Undertake challenging applied project under the course dissertation. Try to learn good and applied software for engineering analysis like NNSYS StaadPro PVElite AutoPIPE. Get better exposures to Manufacturing Technology by participating in conferences and technical seminars. This will add to desired skills.
