You have to prepare it by very systematically and you have to be also very determined and you also understand that clearing any exam is does not show your knowledge in the corresponding subject. Now you can start preparing the exam from the basic- like for organic Chemistry you start from GOC, PI molecular orbital for benzene, annulene and different conjugated PI system, then stereochemistry and different types of reactions and its mechanism for this you have to read clayden and warren book then retrosynthesis, photochemistry, carbohydrate, amino acids, spectroscopy(NMR,IR,UV-visible) For inorganic Chemistry you start with acid and base, redox reaction, chemical bonding then completing these properly you then go to main group Chemistry along with electronegativity, atomic radius, electron affinity, ionisation potential, organometallics, bio inorganic. Now for physical chemistry you start from numerical constant, different types of curve, molarity, normality, molality followed by chemical equilibrium, gaseous state, ionic equilibrium, and phase diagram ( upto 3 component system), thermodynamics, electrochemistry, quantum mechanics, spectroscopy, adsorption isotherm. Along with the concepts you have to practice for previous year papers.
