    You have to prepare it by very systematically and you have to be also very determined and you also understand that clearing any exam is does not show your knowledge in the corresponding subject. Now you can start preparing the exam from the basic-
    like for organic Chemistry you start from GOC, PI molecular orbital for benzene, annulene and different conjugated PI system, then stereochemistry and different types of reactions and its mechanism for this you have to read clayden and warren book then retrosynthesis, photochemistry, carbohydrate, amino acids, spectroscopy(NMR,IR,UV-visible)
