How do we finalize order of colleges for counselling? What will be the difference between JoSAA counselling and CSAB counselling?

For ordering of colleges it should be based on your preferred Branch and college. Basically JoSAA is the counselling body for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs but with CSAB except rest other colleges are considered for counselling and also in CSAB allotment is done purely on the AIR basis in JEE Main. No preference based on any category. You got a chance to fill up the choice of college again in CSAB. Hope it helps.
