How is B.Tech Biotechnology at LPU?

If you re looking for quality education,good placements,exposure,academics then LPU is right place,it has all.I am saying this because one of my known is pursuing same course from LPU and her experience is amazing. She told me faculty members works hard tirelessly in enabling students with the acumen to apply the findings of Bio sciences in the fields of medicine, forensics, nutrition and dietetics for the benefit of the community. LPU School of Bioengineering and Biosciences is equipped with state-of-the-art Bioprocess Engineering and Bioscience labs and believes in imparting knowledge to students through a practical approach to achieve mastery in plant and animal physiology. Few points told by my known who did her studies from LPU that will help you to make your decision: The course offers specializations in Dairy Technology, Fermentation Technology and Bioinformatics.The curriculum offers prime focus on fundamental and applied aspects of biotechnology.Students can get a foreign degree through international collaborations (2 year in India and 2 years abroad or 2 year in India and 1 year abroad) In addition to core curricula, course offers subjects like communication and soft skills to enhance personality and employability. She said,specializations may be offered in Dairy Technology or Fermentation Technology or Molecular Biotechnology (subject to minimum number of students and feasibility) There were courses that provides practical exposure on basic biological tests and instrumentation techniques. LPU take care of their regular student and alumni also they update us via regular mails about any major things happen or about their rankings. It is the best university usually student don't like their college after getting pass-out but I love LPU still want to go back to live those days back. LPU is the best private university. As a part of LPU, I would say that it is the best University that one can join. LPU has helped me grow professionally and also help in providing exposure in terms of placements, internships, workshops, guest lectures, etc. I am saying this as per my experience at LPU. Quality of education, placements and well being of the students are the prime focus of LPU. Scholarships, placements, exposure to industry, international internships and placements efficient and knowledgeable faculty, flexible curriculum and teaching pedagogies, infrastructure and diverse culture make LPU unmatchable. LPU provides opportunities to students to avail Internship / On-Job Training with the industry and they are paid certain monthly stipends. At LPU, it is not about calling companies, it is about preparing students and making sure that they get selected. The university puts its best efforts into the grooming of the students to get good placements.
