Dear Neeraj, DAV is a decent organisation but certainly there are far better players. LPU's School of Agriculture is the only private institution which has been accredited by ICAR to run the agriculture courses in Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral level. The best part of LPU curriculum is that it is industry ready, being developed in consultations and feedback from industry itself, it is the ideal course for those aspiring good careers in agriculture. Hi Neeraj, Agriculture is a primary source of livelihood for the majority of Indians. Thus, generally it remains the last priority among students choosing a career option. Which is a very wrong assumption. Agricultural graduates have wide scope of career in public sector and private sector. In fact entrepreneurship is a great opportunity to pursue your prospective career in agricultural field. It is just a myth that Agriculture does not offer job opportunities. Lovely Professional University is the first private University who has got and accreditation from ICAR. Curriculum here is as per the guidelines of ICAR (Indian Council of Agric
