    Lovely Professional University is the first private University in India which is accredited by ICAR.
    Some programmes like B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture,M.Sc Ag. (Genetics & Plant Breeding), M.Sc. Ag. (Agronomy) and M. Sc Ag. Horticulture (Fruit Science) programmes are accredited to ICAR by the National Agricultural Education Board of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, an autonomous body responsible for co-ordinating agricultural education and research in India. It reports to the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture.

    LPU for this course is quite good as this faculty is awesome and almost no university in Punjab has this much qualified teachers. Also, this college has good placements record. Plus, this college has the best infra as this college carries out renovation work in their campus regularly.

    Lovely professional university is the first private university to get accreditation from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). LPU provides the quality education by the well qualified teachers. LPU has become a brand across the globe. It has various national and international tie-ups. LPU provides a proper atmosphere or environment for agriculture students.     LPU is the best for pursuing Agriculture as it gives a good practical exposure in the fields and labs.
    Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records.
    So,I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.
