    Definitely its a good choice to pursue B.Sc. Agriculture here. It actually offers B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture. But before that, you are required to clear the entrance exam LPUNEST for the same. In case of placement,B.Sc.(Hons.). LPU also offers masters in various specializations like Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Breeding, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Vegetable Science, Fruit Science etc. So you have a broader scope in all directions of your career. Regarding placement of agriculture . Maximum placement of agriculture is 1 crore. along with this, many Industries come and hired students and give average salary that is 7-8 lakh per annum.

    Let me just quote the following placement Statistics of LPU mentioned in their recent announcement.

    Being an alumni of LPU I would rather say that the school of Agriculture in Lovely Professional University is among the best place for pursuing the BSC in agriculture.

    Lovely Professional University (LPU) has become Indias first private university to get ICAR accreditation. and I m saying this because one of my friend has done B.Sc Agriculture from LPU only and right now she is working with VLCC.
