Dear Pragati, LPU does not offer Petroleum Engineering but they do offer B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. My friend did B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from LPU and is now working in IOCL. Petroleum engineers have come a long way from just drilling a hole underground to produce oil by its natural energy, to very knowledgeable enhanced oil technology, to actually pushing oil from an injector well to a producer.
