Dear Saptorshe, I don't have idea about other Universities but as an alumni of LPU, I can share the details for LPU. Techno University is one of the best colleges for B.Tech in West Bengal and CSE is a good stream. You can opt for any stream in this college. The college gives good placement and the faculty here is very good. So, you can always opt for this college.
