The LPU Ph.D. interview is designed to assess the candidate's academic background, research potential, and ability to contribute to the field of study. After submitting the application and research proposal, candidates are called for an interview, which typically consists of two phases: a research presentation and a question-and-answer session. During the presentation, candidates are expected to discuss their research topic, objectives, methodology, and expected outcomes. The panel, which includes experienced faculty and domain experts, evaluates the clarity of the research proposal, depth of knowledge, and feasibility of the research.
