Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar is popularly known as LPU is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and this year the highest CTC stood at INR 3 CPA which was 1.5 times higher than the last year. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 62.72 LPA. A total of 8400 Job and Internship offers were made. Cognizant recruited the maximum number of students (1410+ Students) followed by Capgemini which recruited 770+ Students. A students of B.Tech CSE/IT was offered a package of INR 49.4 LPA by Paloalto. A total of 383 students have been placed at the packages of INR 10-64 LPA.

Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because my cousin brother has completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. Around 550+ companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. And this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 650 placement/internship drives have been conducted till February 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs). Recently, Tania Arora, a fourth-year B.Tech CSE student of Lovely Professional University (LPU) got selected as a software engineer in Microsoft with a huge salary package of Rs 42 Lacs per annum.
