4. The company or organisation can send a request with the selected dates if it is interested in holding a Pre-Placement Discussion (PPT). PPTs take place after class hours (i.e. after 5 PM).
5. The "Job Application Form" and other details provided by any company or organisation are made available to the qualified pupils. Online employment applications from students are accepted.
6. The organisation receives all prospective students' resumes for download or viewing via their placement account. Students may be shortlisted by organisations. Also, the organisations are required to have a waitlist of candidates for interviews in case some of the shortlisted candidates are not available.
7. The hiring period would start the first week of December 2017 and last until May 2018. By taking into account variables like student preferences, job profiles, etc., CCD Office determines dates for the recruiting process.
8. On the scheduled date(s), organisations visit the campus and conduct exams and/or interviews in accordance with their hiring process.
9. Shortly after the selection process is complete, the company or organisation must provide the final list of selected pupils. According to the institute's placement standards, once a student accepts a job offer, he or she is not permitted to participate in the application or selection processes of any other company or organisation.
10. In order to get the selected students' offer letters to the company/organisation as soon as possible, the CCD office also organises the signing of them by the students.
