Students of B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at LPU have good chances of placement, about 90-95% chances. The median salary of an average package is INR 7.02 Lacs per annum, and the highest salary package offered has gone up to INR 20 lakh. The names of some reputed recruiters are Tata Technologies, Ashok Leyland, Bosch, Mahindra, and Hero. Such good placement offers for this branch in engineering can be attributed to the university's good exposure to the industry and career support for students.
