The minimum percentage for go to the Science stream is around 60%. Science Stream (I) Science with Mathematics (a) A Minimum of C1 Grade in Maths BA. Minimum of Cl GRADE in Science (c) Average Grade point in Maths & Science taken together must be 6.5 (d) A Minimum of 6.0 C&PA.

It varies from boards to boards and from school to school, it mainly depends on the school. But, you should have a minimum of 8.5 CGPA to strongly present yourself, so that they can consider you. -
75% may be the minimum requirement of most of the colleges, but above 80% is preferred. And, if you have better percentage, then it is good.

But, when will you enter your class 11th, then you will see that almost every student have above 75%. I am giving an example - My two classmates of class 12th, got below 55% in class 10th, but they worked hard, and got above 80% in class 12th.
