It depends on your academic background, your skills and the institute you have opted for MBA.

The earning potential i.e. salary depends on following factors:
    a) Academic performance
    b) Work Experience
    c) Company
    d) Job profile/nature of job
    e) Location i.e. in India or abroad
If a person fulfils above mentioned criteria, then he can get a good salary package.

A B.Com graduate usually earns 3 to 4 lakhs per annum but after completing MBA a student is likely to earn 8 to 10 lakhs on an average, if you've completed your MBA from top colleges such as IIM, IIFT, etc.

    Hi,
It all comes down to the company, specialization, job profile offered, skill level, etc. MBA degree doesn't assure high salary as it varies from companies to companies and colleges to colleges.
