  • Eligibility of the parent state or university to have postgraduate programs open for non-domicile candidates is run on basis of the actual eligibility criteria as set by the state or university in which the candidates have applied.

    He or She may be eligible for taking admission through state entrance examinations; however, reservations and other benefits meant for domicile candidates would not apply.
