A Master's degree will definitely boost your career as compared to a graduation degree, but your skill and knowledge of the subject also matters. You need to make sure that your skills are up-to-date with the current market. So that companies will offer you a high paying job.

. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. I would say Lovely Professional University provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. There is a huge opportunity to get placed in a good MNC through Lovely Professional University. Many placement drives are organised by the university to get more jobs for their students. Generally students opt for higher studies after completing BCA

Aspirants can get job designations like Software Application Architect, Software Consultant, Web Designer/Web Developer as per their knowledge and skills. The entry-level salary of a BCA MCA aspirant is around INR 2 - 9 LPA, and it increases as one grows in experience, skills, and knowledge in their career.

BCA MCA graduates with excellent computer skills and a good grasp of programming languages like C, C+, Java, etc. , are highly demanding. Aspirants can get job designations like Software Application Architect, Software Consultant, Web Designer/Web Developer as per their knowledge and skills. BCA graduates can expect to earn INR 3-6 LPA in the commercial sector and INR 15,000-35,000 per month in the government sector. Hi Fenil, After BCA you will get junior/ analyst posts and less salary whereas after MCA you can apply for some senior/ higher positions as well, with a comparatively higher salary. It is highly recommended to go for MCA after BCA maybe after job experience. As MCA would definitely give a hike to your career.
