. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. If your college or university provides you better placement then go for it as my sister is placed in a good company, she has done BCA+MCA from LPU. Hi Fenil, After BCA you will get junior/ analyst posts and less salary whereas after MCA you can apply for some senior/ higher positions as well, with a comparatively higher salary. It is highly recommended to go for MCA after BCA maybe after job experience. As MCA would definitely give a hike to your career.

Go for MCA after your BCA because BCA is a base study and after BCA, you should pursue MCA to get complete knowledge of software field. And after MCA, a lot of software companies will be looking for you and hire you with good packages.
