    Dear Kamal,
The eligibility criteria for 5 year LL.B program is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
(5% relaxation for SC/ST Applicants and 3% relaxation for OBC Applicants )
With 55% in 10+2 you are eligible for 5 year LL.B program only of you fall in category of SC/ST.
LPU curates this program in 3 different combinations:
    1) B.A., LL.B.(Hons.) 5 yrs. (10 Semesters)
    2) B.Com., LL.B.(Hons.) 5 yrs. (10 Semesters)
    3) BBA, LL.B. (Hons.) 5

Although, there is no age limit in doing BA LLB after 12th class. But the challenge might you have to face will be that LPU do not offer this program in Distance education. If it is fine with you to do this program in regular mode then we can find the solution.
Now, next problem is that Eligibility of 5-year Law course after 12th class is minimum 60% aggriagate marks in 12th. I am afraid that you might not be eligible for this programme, as you have 55% in class 12th, but LPU give 5% eligibility relaxation to SC/ST and 3% to OBC & 5% eligibility relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defense Personnel and their Depende

Your age is not a barrier but, as per the eligibility laid down by LPU in Admission-2020, this university offers law programmes under BCI recognition and 60% in 12th is a border line but, if you have served in defence or ward of defense personal or belong to SC/ST then 5% relaxation is there.
